All of our products are made to order and personalised using your own photographs.

Because of the personalised nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Under UK consumer law, personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care when creating and packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded images are correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for issues resulting from low-resolution images, incorrect cropping, or image quality supplied by the customer.
