All items are handmade to order.

Please allow 2–3 working days for your personalised magnets to be created before dispatch.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any delays, we will contact you.

UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail using the delivery option selected at checkout.

Available options may include:

• Royal Mail 2nd Class

• Royal Mail 1st Class

• Next Day Delivery (where available)

Delivery timeframes provided by Royal Mail are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched:

• 2nd Class typically arrives within 2–3 working days

• 1st Class typically arrives within 1–2 working days

Lost or Delayed Items

Incorrect Addresses
